Ghadeer Qasem
Chief Executive Officer More than twenty years of experience in planning and implementing urban and rural development initiatives with various national and international NGOs and USAID-funded projects in Jordan and MENA. Work with local communities, community-based organizations, and individual entrepreneurs on business development studies, business startups, and expansions. Experienced in stimulating and formulating new business ideas, research for and preparation of feasibility studies, business development, community mobilization, institution building, management, and technical skills development. Specialist in micro-finance in the design and implementation of community-based credit funds. Good knowledge of organization development, financial management, and analysis. Knowledgeable in organizational needs assessment and analysis. Experienced in group work and team building. Oriented towards community participation and extensive experience in fieldwork and management. B.Sc.
